Sanjiangkou - China

I was so sure it was a card from somewhere to the west of Turkey and really surprised to see it was an official card from China (CN-196488). The card shows Sanjiangkou in the downtown of Ningbo.

Derung Nationality (?)

I received this card in an envelope from isaacwn for December RR 2009. The only English text on the back says "Derung Nationality". I totally loved this card but I have no idea about what I see on it.
