This card and its stamps are both so adorable and if the card is a beautiful Croatian card like this one, it is from rlicul (for February RR 2010) for sure :) The card shows a Croatian UNESCO WHS: Plitvice Lakes National Park. There are 16 lakes in total in this region and as the card proves, each of them is a "must see". Thanks a million Roberto :)
