Yellowstone National Park - USA

This is such a great card I received from Cardiffgal for June 2010 RR today and I wanted to share it with everyone immediately.

On the back of the card, the text says, "2007 marked the long-awaited "homecoming" of eight vintage White Motor Company buses to Yellowstone for in-park tours. The returning fleet includes two 1936 vehicles, four from 1937 and two from 1938. These buses were originally used as part of a large Yellowstone fleet that numbered in the hundreds.

Pictured in the window of the bus are some of Yellowstone's more popular animals and natural features: grizzly bear; Old Faihful geyser; bison with calf; Mammoth Hot Springs Terraces; Lower Falls of the Yellowstone; howling wolf.
Yellowstone National Park has been a UNESCO WHS since 1978.

  1. I received the same card from the same user, Pınar! It's such a wonderful card. But mine is an offical one.
