Kabul Royal Palace

It is my one and only card from Afghanistan, sent by Virtual Tourist friend, Penelope.

The palace was built in 1923 by King Amanullah. The photo on the card was taken back in 1980. The palace was bombed and mostly destroyed by factional fighting in 1992 :(
